# Career Progression

* **Promotion** deducts required XP and allows progression to higher job levels.
* One **promotion** or **firing** per 24 hours, maximum.
* The higher the level, the greater the **potential unemployment benefits** (amount and duration).

These levels may be adjusted based on the company’s economic situation.

**Bonus Multiplier Explanation**

Bonus multipliers can be earned through quests and achievements.\
They are **additive** and applied **on top of the base bonus** (games have a default x2 bonus).\
For example, a +3% bonus results in a **x2.03 multiplier**.

Bonus multipliers apply to:\
— Games\
— Autofarm\
— Casino (soon)

To avoid XP inflation, the team can only mint up to 1.5% new bonus multipliers per week on quests and achievements.

This keeps the Financial Game predictable, with a maximum of \~78% new bonuses added annually.
