Being unemployed

Get fired : After reaching a level, a player can choose to get fired, resetting both XP and career level to zero and grants a salary. When the boss offers a promotion and the player chooses to get fired instead, they receive the unemployment benefits of the level they were offered.
Payout : Players can see the payout from the previous day—along with each level and duration—on the rewards page.
The amount you can claim each day depends on three factors:
the fees generated by Promotion Royale games over the past 24 hours
the number of players fired on the same day as you
the career level you reached before being fired
Duration: Unemployment duration is determined by the last level achieved (higher levels provide a longer duration).
Quests multipliers are not affected by getting fired.
Once you’re fired, wait 2 days, then come back daily to claim your share of the game’s revenue based on your level. But careful, miss a day and the money goes back to the fund. Is clicking a button for free money really that hard?
Timing is crucial: choosing to get fired when the fewest players do so, while the highest number of players are still active, creates the ideal setup to maximize your earnings.
This means that your payout depends heavily on your exit timing — strategic synchronization can significantly boost your earnings.
Higher levels offer better payouts, but only good timing allows you to maximize them. Promotion Royale primarily rewards those who know when to get fired and who master the timing — it’s a competitive game, not a guaranteed payout system.

Terms : When fired, the player must choose between:
A fixed payout, which ensures a stable payout as displayed on the estimate (20% of variable payout at launch).
A variable payout, which depends on the real-time balance of the unemployment fund.
Fixed payouts will be capped based on the insurance fund’s financial health.
Unemployment payouts must be claimed every 24 hours. If a player does not claim their check, the unclaimed amount returns to the fixed-payout insurance and the government.
